  If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it , does that make the tree a bad tree ?
  
  I have pondered this , since my mother-in-law moved in and really would like some advise on how this may impact my job .
  
  Thank you in advance for helping me feel intelligent , wanted and worthy of your most positive , life affirming answers .
  
  I may be clueless but still believe I know it all , even if you don't see it that way.
