Tough year, tough grades...OUCH!

Just got these results from 1 of the 5 submissions sent for this months special...I am a little disappointed because I compared a lot of these to PSA 7's, 8's and 9's of this year...but oh well. I will keep a few and throw the rest on eBay when they come in, unless someone here wants to make an offer...

what is interesting is that the N8's were re-subs cracked out of PSA holders and were purchased from an eBay powerseller...I'm juuuust sayin'

    yikes! '79s are tougher than most but those grades are rough almost across the board. unfortunate.

    That's to bad Patrick. I wouldn't know what to offer, but I've been thinking of starting a low grade set from the 70s. Can you give a full list of what you have?

    I think what I am going to do with the pricing of these cards will look like this:
    If you look on eBay you will see that PSA 9’s of this year sell for approximately 30-40.00, which is about three times the SMR value…so I think it is safe to ask at least three times the SMR for this year. With this in mind you can see that the #1 and #161 cards would probably get at least …

    PSA 9 – 75.00
    8- 18.00
    After PSA 8 I think it is fair to say the value decreases 50 percent with each grade:
    7 – 9.00
    6 – 4.50
    5 – 2.25
    4 – just pay for shipping, lol

    Card #5 and #7 are a little bit lower and look like this:

    PSA 9 – 68.00
    8 – 15
    7 – 7.50
    6 – 3.75
    5 – 1.89
    4 – shipping only

    I am going to keep the following cards from this submission, the rest are available to anybody for the above prices when they arrive, just PM me.
