Question on rare Kenner Starting Lineup figures

I am not much of a collector these days, but I have a question...
I grew up in Utah and was fortunate enough to get the 1988 Kenner Starting Lineup Utah Jazz figures for Karl Malone, John Stockton and Thurl Bailey. I was unfortunate enough to have been 7 at the time and of course opened them. I still have all the figures (in pretty good condition) and have one of the cards (Malone) in fairly poor condition.
I know these things are worth a ton of money in unopened, mint condition, but are they worth anything in their current state?

<< <i>Unfortunately not, they are probably only worth a couple bucks if they are opened. >>
thanks kind of takes the fun out of it for kids.... I guess this is why they are worth good money still in the box!
If they are in decent shape, I'd hold on to them until the right buyer appears. Selling them right now
is like giving stuff away. The 1988 Jazz pieces are tough to find in any condition.
Good luck.
