Has the Set Registry made you do bad things?

Hey guys,
I get a real kick out of the Registry, although it's devoid of the emotional and vengeful aspects of collecting, and is instead a collection of number grades and card images. That said, I'm interested in hearing some stories from those of you who have behaved desperately and cutthroat in pursuit of your collection. For instance, has anyone ever done one of the following:
1) Sabotaged a rival before he/she could overtake you in the rankings?
2) Manipulated an auction to thwart a sale, or simply frustrate the competition?
3) Convinced a seller that your rival was fraudulently bidding on his/her cards?
If there are other examples of mischievous behavior, I'd love to hear about it, and if they were omitted from above, it's only because I'm just not that imaginative.

<< <i>I once broke into my rival's home and stole all his cards.
True story. >>
He gave me back my Gantners though, so I didn't care.
<< <i>Well, it sounds as if he had it comin'. >>
Kidding of course.
However, I have won cards I already had to obtain better examples when my rivals were bidding on them.
Sometimes a 10 is not really a 10. If it says 10 on the flip, that's what I want. Not an 8.

True Story............There is a Big Time Non Sport Guy (He has even been written about in SMR) who will buy/bid whatever it takes to keep somebody from catching him in the Registry, even if he has already bought 10 examples of the same card in the same grade. And he has serious Deep pockets. So if he is #1 in a set (Which he is in dozens), don't ever plan on upsetting him and becoming #1 !!!!!

If I get desperate, now I have some nice stuff to sell! I think my '06 Finest Gold Xfractor would fetch me a few hundo
I embezzled 20% of the funds we collected (which was 800,000) to buy a sweet #1 registry set.
The people I worked with on the campaign never figured it out, and I sit in my basement looking
at these sweet cards day after day after day.
God Bless America !

You can still figure out who's who using feedback scores and a little creative searching.
