Thanks to Tom (detroitfan2)!!!!

I wanted to share with you guys what Tom sent me.
Just a little background, Tom and I have been doing business together for over 2 years now. I have sold cards to Tom, I have bought cards from Tom. In fact, Tom had a big part of the completion of my first 1955 set. Well, I recently purchased a lot of raw 1952 Topps Baseball from him. As usual, Tom gave me a good price on his cards. Tom had asked what they were for. (Im sure he was surprised to see me inquiring about cards that had vertical borders).
Anyway, I told him I am putting together a box of low/mid grade raw Topps cards from the 50s for my nephew. Well I recieved my package today. I opened it to find 2 bubble wrapped bundles of cards. 1 bundle contained the 52 Topps I purchased from him, the other bundle contained approximately 45 beautiful mostly mid grade 1958 Topps Baseball that he threw in for free. I was completely shocked by this incredible act of kindness.
Tom is someone I consider a true friend on the boards. I cannot express how grateful I am to Tom. He really is a class act.
Thanks again Tom!

<< <i>Good for gestures like that to happen to guys who are also famous for those same sort of random acts of kindness
Exactly.
Bob has done so much to help me fund my collection by purchasing duplicates as well as introducing me to other collectors. A typical sale with Bob goes something like "how does $100 sound?", to which Bob will reply "I'll give you $110 to help cover PayPal fees". The very fact that he is putting together a shoebox of 1950's cards for his nephew should tell you what kind of person he is.
I wish Bob was my uncle (he's probably old enough
Thanks Bob for the kind words.

<< <i>Tom is a great dude. Of course there is that whole Barry Sanders thing but as a friend, I look past that. >>
Uh Matt, you look past that with all of your friends. Probably deep down, Tonya loves the guy as much of the rest of us.
