Help-Promotional Sample cards

My Dad has coffee with a guy who used to distribute cards to stores in the area in the 80's and 90's. He gave him these cards. Is there any value to these and does PSA grade them if it's worth it? Thanks. Doug

PSA should grade them as they are listed in the SCD Standard Catalog. They list the set of 9 at 7.50. There's a set of them on ebay right now too.
