New guy here needs help

I am a coin collector as you can see by my forum name, but have a bunch of sports cards I would like to sell. Mostly football but some basketball and a few baseball. I don't know where to go to get a price list. These cards are raw. I did go out to the page that shows grading criteria and I think most of these would grade very high. Most have perfect corners and no stains or other problems.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you can type a partial list and post scans of some
of the cards, you will get some opinions.

Most of these are older cards (70's and 80's). Some 1991's. A lot of the football cards are Cowboys, but have a lot of others.

I have a topps Dick Butkus all star card
    1991 topps Tony Dorsett
    1991 topps Danny White

to name just a few....have several hundred cards.

The bookstore chains (Barnes&Noble, Borders, etc.) would have baseball card price guides right alongside the coin price guides in their Hobbies section. You could thumb through some of those guide books to get an idea of prices for the cards you have.

If you are interested in trying to see what your cards are worth go to Ebay home page go to the
very bottom clink on half.com they sell new and use books if you collection only goes up to 1991
I would buy a used 2003-2006 one of those years football, basketball, and baseball price guides
You can buy and have them shipped cheap you may get a better deal if you buy all three from the
    same dealer.

When you get your price guides go through your collection see what you got then any good cards
you have go to Ebay and check what the cards are going for.

Also ask here somebody may send you some of there old thick price guides for free if you ask them.

Also someone may live near you and be welling to meet you some were safe to go through your collection
for you and help you out.

    Hope this helps.
