What is the sticky at the top about?

PSA DNA QUICK OPINION being advertised as new service?
I have been using it for well over a year. I have used it maybe 12 times or so...

The only thing i see as new is the price? I used to only pay $7, now it's $10 and advertised as new??

As far as I can tell, the only addition to the service is that it goes outside of just ebay. That is new and so is the price increase.

In the past we have only offered it through eBay. We will continue to offer it through eBay at the $7.49 price but we are now offering it for other auctions that are not using our pre-certified service for $10.00

The current link on the PSA/DNA home page will have two options, one for eBay sales and another for other auctions. You will see a drop down menu with most of the major auction houses listed. If it is not listed there is an “other” selection for you to utilize. If the auction house is using the Pre-Certified service you will see that logo on the auction lot page.

I dont get too warm and fuzzy being charged more for the same service just because its in a different venue.
