  According to the guy with the 1954 Topps Ernie Banks PSA 8.5 VG, his flip was teleported to him. Either that or "the guy" at PSA fixed the flip by osmosis.

  Anyone know why you must pay a seperate shipping fee for incorrect flips? Even if added in a order.
