WTB: 1896-S Barber Qtr. in AU55 to MS60 somethin'

A great big thanks to board member Greeniejr for giving me the
lead to acquiring a great looking 1913-S qtr. in MS62.

Since I already have the 01-S, I'm in need of a great looking 1896-S qtr in AU55 to to MS almost anything

If you know of anyone who has one in the above grade, please
let me know.

Congrats on the 13-S in MS 62 - Post an image please !!

I'm also looking for an upgrade for my 96-S - I know there's
a PCGS 64 on Hamrick's site and its a beauty !! But - I'd prefer an
AU 58.

I too would love to get a hold of one at that grade.

But since I'm against stiff competition, I'll take one at 55,

David Lawrence has a rather spectacular PCGS AU53 1896-S currently on their site being auctioned. They think it could go AU55, so that is close enough right? Anyway, it would make a rather striking addition to any AU barber quarter set.

It's very very close to the AU-55 line.

It's an Auction item with 4 days to go. Jump on it! Accoring to DLRC the last piece to sell in AU was in 2005. It was an AU 50 and went for over $6300.
