I was going to guess $600, but we'll know in a few hours tonight. His current round of auctions seem to be attracting quite a bit of attention. The prices on the nice XF/AU/lower MS talers can be quite subjective, and price guides offer rough price ranges at best.
Doesn't seem like the seller got much premium for the slabbing. Taking the ebay fees and the slabbing costs into account, I guess that the seller lost 100-150 dollars or so on this coin.
But of course, he had the pleasure of owning it for half a year.
