Are 8 escudos accurately priced in Krause?

This one is from Colombia.

Not rare but a nice type gold coin.

Do you think these are underpriced, overpriced, or priced about right in Krause.

I am not sure.

Could be wrong on this but I think he means that the price of AU should be multiplies by 2...

double the Krause values in AU and higher grades ... to start

That is avery nice piece! I think that if you were to offer it at auction that it would do very well! Considering, of course, that the market is good. If it were mine, I would wait, until the gold and coin market planed out. Others may disagree. But, it definitely is a nice piece!!

I might add, you need to figure out who your market is. I would focus on the South American market, which seems to be week in the minors, but may be better in that sector. I personally, do not follow that market at all, but I am sure that more imformed people on this forum will give you the info you need to fill you in.
