I think the seller is trying to make it a scammer friendly auction. He throws enough flags to keep away legit buyers and charge backs. He also kinda leads sammers to draw a conclusion of how easy it would be to list as "Found in gradpa's attic--AS IS, ALL SALES FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO PAYPAL"
