PSA "velvet" holders/bags?

I received a couple of these with an auction win several months ago, and noticed that one of 4SC's branches is sending them with every card won. Anyone know where they come from? I did a quick search on the PSA site but didn't come up with anything.

I agree, I wish PSA would still sell them. I have one, and have my best card in it. Other than that, I wish I had a hand full more of them!

What is that Velvet? It's beautiful!

I get them from various sellers as well. I either give them to my girls or just reuse them when I sell cards on ebay.

I've acquired some of those. I use them when I ship my more expensive cards.
