They show up on the next line after the entry in the online database, for example here is Pete Rose's rookie card listing: (see how card #537 and #538 has two lines)
536 Norm Larker
537 1963 Rookie Stars
537 1963 Rookie Stars Psa/Dna Certified
538 George Brunet
538 George Brunet Psa/Dna Certified
Take care,
Mike

Typically, they are listed with the player within the specific set in which they are issued.
Example (1948 Leaf Football -- Doak Walker):
Card No. Name Variety Auth 1 1.5 2 2.5 3 3.5 4 4.5 5 5.5 6 6.5 7 7.5 8 8.5 9 10 Total
4 Doak Walker 1 1 5 11 1 38 1 39 24 16 3 4 144
4 Doak Walker Psa/Dna Certified 1 1

I've been called a lot of things, but most of the time "gentleman" is not on the list.
In all seriousness, you are welcome.
