Ebayer won some of my auctions tonight and messaged me---"I won a bunch of these cards from you. Sorry to bother you, but can you tell me how you intend to package the cards?? Please advise.

Ahhem(clearing throat)-------" I stick a stamp on them and wish them the best of luck" image


Did give a real reply to this person though....

    Should have told him ... What Packaging? I hand deliver ALL my cards. So what if you are 3,000 miles away ... I sell on eBay to make buyers happy ... I don't care if I lose 100s on every auction!

    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    your just giving the Beckett MB ammo against this board. What question do you need answered, that you cannot answer yourself? Please tell me that your are not that helpless.

    Good Morning,
    You need to have some Canned answers saved for this type of clown as I do. When somebody e-mails me that they haven't recived thier card on a Wed., when they won the auction on Sun, paid with Paypal on Mon, I packaged Mon. night and shipped Tues. (Most common Idiot inquiry)

    " Wow and Wow, who would have thought that both my Instataneous Transporter and my Transmogrifier would be on the Frizt at the same time. You know the little voice was telling me when that Salesman was trying to sell me the extended Warranties that I should have sprung for the extra couple of bucks. But El Cheapo me, had to save a few pennies and now I've had to use that terrible old United States Post office which can only get stuff delivered in 3-5 days. I am terribly sorry for that.
    You won auction on Sun, paid on Mon, I shipped on Tues. It is Wed, what do you expect? Should I have driven it to you? Bought your $10 card an Airline Ticket? ????????

    I wouldn't be upset about it. He was polite, and it's very possible he's had cards arrive in pwe's before (haven't we all?). I'm not a seller so I don't see the knucklehead emails you get but I really don't see anything wrong with his email.

    Lighten up--guys--this was humor thread. This is the first time in 9 years i have had someone ask me how i package... Probably the fact that he spent $170 was a concern to this person as apparently his PO GUY beats the crap out of his packages. My PO Guy knows if this happens??........................
