Ethical dilemma...well not really

Some silly seller on ebay has a listing for a coin that is not a particularly expensive coin...only he has a picture of a much different coin (ie gold instead of silver) and says the (correct) slab is incorrect.
We're talking hundreds of dollars difference here!

Anyway, I couldn't help myself. I did a 'contact the seller' and told him of his mistake--and placed a bid just in case image. So how do I save the listing to show 'the coin pictured' for future reference in case I rip this dude by a factor of 10?? With a clean concience because I warned him image.
