For the love of God, I hope you don't own the card in your avatar.

If you do please cut it in half and remove that piece of scum Yastrzemski from a great American like Rice.

    Thanks in advance!

No can do. It is on me as a seller to make sure the itmes arrives, not the buyer.

He has perfect feedback of 600+ but the Insurance line is giving me the creeps.

IMHO, just pay the $2-3 dollars for insurance and put him on your blocked bidder list. Not worth the hassle or the neg you will surely get. Good luck.

I agree with Robert (Goodsport40) .... just pay the $1.70 for insurance and move on.

Also, it's a lot cheaper than sending "a fart in a bottle" image

You must check your invoice preferences.

Check the box that prevents buyers from "editing" invoices.

Many sophisticated PayPal buyers will delete the insurance
amount - if given the chance - because they know the insurance
is primarily for the benefit of the seller in a PP transaction.

    ................

    NOTE TO Such Buyers:

If the USPS DC/SC wrongfully shows the item was delivered, you WILL lose
any PayPal claim. If the item is insured, you are still covered if the USPS
investigation concludes that the item may have been misdeliverd. (If the
item is NOT insured, the buyer WILL lose and the seller will keep the money.)

That is really the only incentive for buyers to pay for insurance.
