I never knew my wife was a serious card collector...please read

Hi everyone,
Here is the original title for this thread, "New finds of HOF auto cards & other cards I didn't know I had", but I'm changing it...
Seriously, I knew my wife bought cards as a youngster, but I never really checked out her card collection until this week.
I'm very impressed!!!!!
Well I just dug out my wifes card collection we had stashed away in storage for many years and brought them home.
I wanted to post a couple cool finds. These 2 autographed cards also include the COA cards with them. My wife was a better collector than me and was very organized. I think I might have to post some picks of her albums too.

Edit: Added COA cards for above cards

My wife's cousins tell me that she was very tight with her cards and never traded anything away. So far I've found 4 card albums with some nice mint cards in them and lots of rookie and hof cards I didn't have.
i at first thought this thread was started by rube...cause he is always finding stuff he didnt know he had...lol

<< <i>Yo Bman, is your "wife" a guy? Not that there is anything wrong with that.
My wife was actually a cheerleader in high school, but growing up in San Pedro, CA (small and tight community) and living close to her cousin's, my wife collected with her cousin's Andy, Mike and her brother. I can tell the players my wife really liked cause they are all in protectors. She had the hots for Steve Sax, Mike Piazza, Shawn Green....to name a few. Thanks for the poke at me.
I can honestly tell you that I seriously overachieved in my marriage....Beautiful, very smart and educated, religious, great personality, and did I mention the most important thing......................
She loves the Dodgers,or at least has the hots for good looking athletes. lol

<< <i>In hindsight it probrobly made more sense for your wife to collect pictures of men then for you to do it.Us card guys are weird.

<< <i>These Jimmy Dean cards are cool. I'm always glad to add another Eddie Murray, Griffey Jr, or Moose cards to our collection.
I love cards that they had to remove mlb logos from. Always looks so weird.

I think I have a few uncut sheets of this series laying around. You had to eat Sausage biscuits and send in the UPC if I remeber correctly.

there is nothing illegal about this; they just paid a license fee to the Players Associaton (and not the teams); therefore the team logos are airbrushed off (nothing unusual).
Nothing great but it brings back good memories of the Dodgers before they went downhill.
The yellow stickers were the current price value of the cards back then. My wife used to buy Beckett's book and check the values every month. Also, when she ripped the cards they always went right into the albums or card holders.
