Help uploading image to PSA "My inventory"

I am trying to add images/scans to my PSA inventory within "My Set Registry" When I try to upload the image I keep getting an error message. Is there something I need to do to format the scans in order for them to upload to PSA's site?

I believe they have to be jpeg files
