Not a bad choice at all. We found out yesterday that my future sister-in-law has lymphoma. She's 26 and otherwise healthy, so there is a lot of hope, still scary stuff.
Im using mine on KIVA.org. they do good work; help folks around the world who are in really tough financial times and giving them the means to start their own businesses. Over the course of a year they pay you back, and then you help someone ELSE out with the same money.

John Challis lived about a half an hour from where I do. The news about this kid was pretty big here in Pittsburgh before it became national. It feels good to give to a foundation that was started by a kid who wanted to live as opposed to where the money was originally going to go.
