1. PSA/Mods dont care about a petition. They go by their own rules. Im sure there are a few that some would love to petition to ban if that is the way it worked.
2. Obviously, PSA does not care that anyone scams on this board. Just ask Gary. After a SUCCESSFUL scam, PSA still would not ban him. It took him making remarks that violated PSA rules that got him booted. We had to deal with his crap for about a year after it happened.
It would be nice if they did that for their TOS. Any proven scams and the person is to be banned. Wish it were that way but its NOT.
