How do I submit cards to PSA, and denote No Qualifiers?

  I think you just need to write "No Qualifiers" at the top of your sub sheet. At least that's what I have done in the past.

  I put "NQs" on the Minimum Grade section.

  Good day,
  If you want to put it at the top it will make your entire sub as NQ. You may not want this as there are sometimes I am willing to risk it on some borderline cards. You would be amazed how many NM-MT 8's I get straight that should be OC. I normally usually only have 1-2 cards in a 100 card sub I submit I know for sure will come back as say a 8OC but I want it as a NM 7 so I will put NQ in the minimum grade box of the particular card line or next to the value in that line. I don't think the graders are held to that, but it works everytime for me.
