free grading voucher--half raw half crossovers?

anybody know if that's allowed on the 6 cards free grading voucher? i don't have enough raw cards to send in and would like to add a couple in other slabs to be crossed over. is that allowed?
if nobody knows the answer i will call psa on monday to find out.
