Upper Deck Customer Service...Should I Be Surprised??

I want to get your thoughts and opinions on this one. I recently sent this card back to Upper Deck because it was damaged (2 of the corners were pretty bashed). This is the card that I got back today...what are your thoughts on this:

Do my eyes deceive me or is it mis cut. Could they have taken the old card and cut off the bad corners???? Should I even bother to send it back again?? What are your thoughts board members?

Mike was it top left and bottom right corners that were damaged?

Did you keep a scan of the card you sent?

Wow, it certainly looks like they hacked the card. The top and bottom borders aren't parallel either. The card is taller on the left side than it is on the right side according to my jruler.

Was the old card 09/25?

Actually, I don't remember. I know one was the top right, but can't remember what the other one was. I actually believe that this is a new card. It is actually slightly bigger than it should be compared to other cards.

Bottom corners look pretty bad also.
