ANY LEGAL EAGLES OUT THERE ?? EBAY/PAYPAL QUESTION

OK, I do dabble on ebay, mostly as a buyer and small time some time seller.. Personally I do like paypal, but having Ebay forcing this on people seems a bit like a monopoly... Was reading on the new Auctiva site that in Australia, they have a sort of commerce watchdog that made ebay change this rule for the Australians.. Do we have any recourse on getting them to change this here in the U.S ??? Now I know I am going to get wise ass answers like "don't use ebay"..... Is their new policy legal and if now, who would be responsible for this change..... just venting.. thanks

There are lawsuits being readied, but I am certainly not optimistic.
The short answer is, "No, there is not any easy way to force a change
in the policy."
On January 15, all paper payments will be history on EBAY. Since we
are in an "extension period" now, it is not expected that any more
extentions will be granted.
