My Package/Thick Envelope only weigh 2.2 oz. Do I have to use 2 oz or 3 oz?

    Technically you are supposed to go to the higher weight. If its within .1 or .2 oz, I go with the lower. At .3, I don't take the chance (however slim it may be).

    So far I have not had any issues.
    I'm building a 1968 and a 1970 Topps set. I have lots of 1970s and 1960s to offer in trade.
