    i heard she, alice & sam the butcher did a little "adult movie" back in the 70s.

    That was a great show until Don Knotts left. They just couldn't replace him, he was what made the show so funny.

    Quit making fun of Sam the butcher. He moved on to the butcher shop in the sky about 2 weeks ago.

    Back in 1979 , I lived in Siler City , NC. It was a nice place to visit. All I heard from the locals , was "there's Aunt Bee's house ". I never got to meet her, but enough people told me that , so I to this day , believe it was her house.

    All I know , was that Aunt Bee lived in a dry county ( No Beer ) and the honeys were lonely. Nothing that a trip to the next county that sold brew couldn't fix .

    Aunt Bea did die in Siler City, year I don't know. At the time of her death she left a Studebaker as part of her estate. I think it was a 1966.
