Thanks in advance if someone can post the link to the auction. I was wanting some advice on this auction. First off it looks like a tremendous card all the way around. Now the tough part- he doesn't take PAYPAL, basically no recent feedback at all, very low number of transactions. The card has been on EBAY for some time now. Thanks in advance for the advice.

The listing violates EBAY's TOS, regarding payment methods.

I do not report such violations.

BUT, the account could well be jacked.

I wouldn't touch it.

It looks as if the seller is now taking PAYPAL. If one pays for the item using PAYPAL there should be little risk with their protection policy.--Is this true? If a buyer pays and the seller just doesn't send the item, what happens?
