Should I be selling these RC's or getting them graded?

Unless they are 100% perfect in every way, I'd sell them raw as you are doing -- good luck.

Do yourself a big favor and when you scan cards with white or light colored borders and nice sharp corners, leave the scanner lid open. You end up with a black background and the buyer can judge the card.
