For some reason I like this set, but since they were issued before I was born I don't know much about them.
Anyone have any info on this issue?
Are they scarce? How were they issued? Nationwide, or a regional Test issue?
I was just looking at some that are on Ebay and found this picture. Anyone else think it's completely ridiculous that this stamp got a 9?
