  LE stats put PA near the top of the fraud list; vics and perps. This is in the per-capita

  EBAY T&S has been getting a bunch of "suggestions" that they
  prohibit the sale of wrappers.
  
  They already prohibit the sale of Tiffany/LV/Coach "boxes and
  wrapping paper."

  Once we all open our group break, we could all have a group "wrapper sale" and put that money towards the next group break, heck with the money those wrappers sold for, we would be able to get at least $100 for our last break
