Do graders have access to recent submission invoices?

Just wondering about my chances with a crack and resubmit. Ive heard a lot of unhappy stories about resubmitting cards to PSA then receiving even lower grades. I dont think its common process for the grader to have info on the costumer. But its possible

  • I don't see why a grader couldn't easily click your acct. # and see your history? I don't think they would regularly do it (waste of time) but could do so if needed.

If you know what your looking at before you crack and resubmit, it shouldn't be a problem.

I have only had one card come back a grade lower out of too many crack outs to remember.

I'm sure graders have access to pop reports but no way do they keep sub invoices for reference.

Seems like it would be a waste of time for the grader to do that. Why would they care?

But, yes, a grader could probably pull your records if he so desired. I know that on their end, they can look up a cert and see who the origional submitter was.

  • My last 3 EOT's were sent back within a few weeks and got grades so I would say they do not check them if they do have access. Not to mention, I have cracked and resubbed a few cards in the same month that came back a grade higher the second time.

Being the paranoid soul that I am I always wonder what the UPC is for on the slab.
