I think the MS Live Cashback is finally over image

It was at 30%, then down to 25% and now I can't find it. Oh well. Was good while it lasted ... assuming it is indeed over.

    I read today that it was extended and now one can use it up to 12 times.

    Read that over at net 54.

    Not sure how much longer it will be active, but they did upgrade the usage to 12 total purchases. Also, they count purchases as number of PayPal payments. So if you hit the BIN on 5 items from one seller, and send a combined payment, it only counts as one of the 12 purchases. At least that's how it has showed on my cashback account.

    Also, I've had the 30% fluctuate between 30-25-20% over the past few weeks. I thought at first maybe it was dropping, but my last purchase was back at the 30% rate...

    Yesterday (Monday) morning it was at 25% when I bought my tires on ebay ($133 CB). This morning it was briefly 8%, now it's gone. WHEW! I made it under the wire!

    I've read that Ebay was having a technical difficulty with the program, so they took it down temporarly.

    Microsoft Cashback's chat support told me it was a technical difficulty on ebay's end last night after I waited over 55 minutes to get someone to chat with. They said ebay made the decision to pull it down last night but that they expected it up today.

    Today, ebay's chat support told me it was working, but it was not when they told me that. I wish they'd hurry up, there is a $1000 card that I'm waiting to buy with the discount but it ends tomorrow.

    Got 25%. Been trying numerous times today to get the discount to show and it finally showed for me so jumped on it while I had the chance.

    I believe it only works for Buy It Now purchases, not auctions.

    It's back up. Just got 25% off a Schmidt RC PSA 9 +$100 eBay coupon. I figure $800 bucks for a nice Schmidt PSA 9 ain't too bad.
