Do you think a BVG 8.5 would cross to a 9?

Nice looking card. S/S centering is the only issue I can see in that small pic.

If it's not trimmed, it appears to be in line with PSA 8's from the 57 basketball issue. I do not believe it will cross.

  • I don't believe it's trimmed was originally a SGC 88 and now a BVG 8.5 so it has passed 2 grading companies

Crack it out and send it in. Do not send in as a cross over--you would be donating to the minimum grade not met PSA retirement fund.

  • With that centering, my guess is that it would be an 8. I give it no chance to be a 9, and only a minimal chance to be an 8.5 since PSA had made an effort to only put well centered cards in 8.5 holders.
Looking for 1975, 1978, and 1979 Topps Baseball in high end PSA 9 and PSA 10.
