Which Sanella back is hardest to find?

Does anyone know what Babe Ruth Sanella back is the most rare? It seems that the Type 2 is easiest to find, but I can't tell if Type 1 or Type 3 is more scarce. Any opinions?

Type 3 is more scarce than type 2 according to this article.
