Whoops - forgot to descreen!

I forgot to set my scanner to descreen when running through some 73 Topps cards, and figured I'd do a side by scan comparison of how much of a difference it makes:

standard: imageimage descreened

It does make a big difference, especially on vintage and graded cards!
Who is Rober Maris?

Eliminates pixallation. Look at the sky in the images.

I thought seeing them side by side might help downtown see the difference. Look at the "texture" in the blue background and I think you will see a difference.
