Buying to resell w/ MSN discount?? Who is?

How many of you are buying to resell w/ the 30% MSN discount? I don't know how to start a poll on here or I would. I haven't bought with the intention to resell but probably will start if the discount stays at 20-30% much longer.

e.g. two guys make $666.66 BIN listings, and buy them from each other to get the maximum $200 cash back.. repeat 6 times.
You'd pay a total of $258 in Ebay fees, but get $1200 back. That's a 465% return on a 60 day investment!

Why even go that far? You could take one of those rare 1988 Donruss cards you have, list it on ebay under your selling account with a BIN of $666.66 and then purchase the card under your buying account. Never send payment. Or you could send payment by moving the cash from your right pocket to your left pocket. And like digicat said, do this six times and viola! Profit.
Of course, even if you could get past the issue of ethics, there's the issue of fraud to deal with.

That's a whole heck of a lot harder to defend than 2 people working together.
Would it be unethical for me to buy a $666.66 item, then sell it again for $666.66, then buy another item for $666.66, sell it, etc? MS's terms and conditions say that they don't really care what you do with what you buy.
As far as Microsoft's motivation for this whole program... I suspect that they're tracking the sum of all the purchases in order to make Live.com look like a marketing miracle.
MS could claim credit for the $666.66 sales as being through their site.
