Microsoft CashBack question?????

I bought two items a few days ago, and got the 20% off. I got the confirmation email through MY EBAY.

BUT, i just got 2 emails saying that theeir "Has been either a credit, a return, or a cancellation" of my order. Has anyone seen this? What does this mean? Both EBAY sellers have already advised me that the items have shipped, so why would I get this message??

  • Contact Microsoft Support (there's a link on their cashback account site). They have a live chat feature and for the most part a actually pretty helpful.

  • I received it also, but my cashback accout doesn't reflect this. I wonder if it is a fishing email.

    i havnt gotten that one yet- i did 3 with 30%,on low value stuff though,should have saved one for last night lol
  • it is a safe email from microsoft. i just logged into my live account, and it does indeed show both items "returned", and then re-issued. 58 days to collect
