(FSH) Matched Pair of 1997 P & D PCGS MS-67 Dimes-$50...ok then...$40

Culling collection, Please give these unwanted things a good home.
Price to your door. Pay however you want to. Money is money to me.
Send PM.

For the Registry Set collectors of affordable coins:

Matched pair of Rosevelt Dimes.
$50
1997-P Dime PCGS MS-67
1997-D Dime PCGS MS-67
I don't know how to price these things other than PCGS Price Guide seys $37 for the P, $40 for the D. I paid $50 & $75 for them years ago when they were low pop, I replaced them with MS-68's in my 'world famous' #1 Registry Mint Set that been #1 for the last 6 years running. I figure $50 for the pair is a fair price. Good thing I'm in it for the fun and not "investment," huh? image

1997-P Jefferson 5¢ PCGS 64 FS PCGS Price Guide seys says $20. I'm guessing it's worth...
$10

    Hey Dog.

I received something in the mailbox from OR, thank you too!
I wondered what was under that purple tone. I bet it is ugly, if you got it to turn white there sure as L aint no surface left. I gave sadysta1 $20 for it several years ago, for smoe strange reason. I think it was one of his PCI experiments.

Dog actually my mild and careful dipping did not strip all of the luster away. I was sort of amazed that it did not. The coin is what I would call a nice AU now with a large scratch. Its sort of odd that a person would AT a very low value coin like this. From your description I wanted to experiment with the coin also. Well worth the money to see what it actually looks like. Its too bad that I bought it and not a newer collector for experiment. The coin sure would have opened a newer collectors eyes when he was done with it.

I think I will dip ALL of my toned coins now......NOT!!

That would be a great one for a newer collector to have and study. Put it on eBay as a study piece for novice toned collectors. I'll pass on that one.....image
