PSA WEB SUBMISSION FORM

I'm out of the carbon copy forms I rec'd with my membership package. I just filled out the web submission form and printed. No matter how I adjust print and page layout options, it still prints out my info on three pages. Should this be a problem? Is there an alternative such as an Adobe or Word file?

    Is it possible to fill out the entire form online and have it immediately sent to PSA? Then, all you'd have to do is printout a one page receipt and include it with your shipment. Once the shipment arrives, they can correlate the package to the form.

    Is that possible?

    Not a problem doing it like that at all; I always put the Sub # on top of each page and then
    staple all pages together.

    I don't think you can post your sub directly to PSA online.

    Maybe some other members know differently.

    I dont think so but its a great idea if you ask me.
