Impossible to tell or make any kind of statement based on a scan. The card must be evaluated inperson to inspect all of its aspects: Surface, Edges, corners, Etc.. Im always amazed at how many people become expert graders based on these posted scans. SGC has the most experienced and seasoned team of Graders in the hobby and they appearently seen something in the cards that No scan can ever show.
<< <i>did you ask for Authentication only on the Carlton rookie? or did they just do that on their own? wondering why it did not get a grade of any kind >>
Because it was trimmed or at the very least had a doctored corner.
Still worth some money, just a question of how much.
How did the A&G only get a 2? - Water and staining damage? Bad creases that the scan filled in?

The A&G is the one I'd definitely submit to PSA - some erased pencil marks wouldn't bother me at all with that nice card which I think should be about a 6 MK , maybe a 5 - if selling that looks a lot better than a straight 2 in my opinion, for that card.
