Well, i try to price the cards i buy as if they weren't in a slab, fully understanding the value the slab adds, but Aparicio even though a HOFer, his cards have never been in high demand. You didn't mention if the $3.62 included shipping or not, but either way considering the centering, i think the price paid on this card is probably just about right...and not a bad buy at all.

Great pickup, I love that left edge.

One thing I really like is a nice clean looking roughcut... I don't know why, I just like it.

I guess one thing I really hate is a dirty worn rough edge, they gotta be clean.

I noticed that mark after I bid on it. I bought this from Steve at bbexchange I would thing he would mention it if it is a wrinkle. I am hoping it is just from the scan. I am sort of copying TJMAC's collecting philosiphy(spelling?) of collecting hall of famers that are a little off grade. That way I can still have a nice collection without spending as much money.

Awesome deal and very nice card. It's amazing the deals that are out there these days. Buying a card in a PSA 8 holder that is over 35 years old for that price seems like highway robbery. Certainly a buyers market these days.
