1988/89 Fleer bball grading question

I know that on the 80's Fleer basketball PSA cuts you a little slack on the centering, even though I felt I got the shaft on a few last week (different thread altogether). Anyway, how lenient are they on the 88/89 centering? I have quite a few that are dead center L/R but between 55/45 and 60/40 T/B. I looked at a few on eBay and that appears sufficient. Link below is of a PSA 10 but check the seller before drawing conclusions.

<< <i>If that McHale is 60/40 then I must not understand the meaning of "60/40". >>
I don't think that is 60/40 either
It seems they're a little tougher on the Key cards Jordan, Pippen, Rodman, Ect...
I had a few that imo didn't deserve to be in a 10 holder (kinda like the Mchale in the link) but overall most had great eye apeal...
The thing that gets me is there were a handfull that had print dots (up to 20 tiny ones) on a few cards.. This takes away from the eye apeal as well for me...
This particular set is difficult to finish in high grade due to the centering and printing flaws, but I love it because of the relatively cheap prices of the future HOF rookie cards.
