  Never did business with him, but it looks like he is quick to accept any/all offers.
  
  He has had quite a few issues concerning missing packages, late shipping, wrong merchandise sent,
  and even trimmed cards.

  OK, I have a weakness for the item I bought from them. It is supposed to be factory sealed and at least I know enough about them to tell if they are truly factory sealed. I was actually going through looking at alot of his BINs for some vintage commons and semis. I couldn't get toolhaus to pull it up. Thanks for the assist PoppaJ.

  I would just be sure that by the phrase "Factory original Box, guaranteed 100% original and untouched",
  that he means "factory-sealed"!
  
  If the case is indeed "factory-sealed" & "untouched", I see no problem and I'd say you did okay!
