Will PSA Reject Cards Submitted in Top Loaders

I bought some nice 1955 Topps cards that are in penny sleeves tightly inside top loaders (3 cards). I did not want to take them out for fear of damaging them and wanted to submit them to PSA for grading as is. PSA says they do not accept top loaders. Will they accept and grade the cards, reject and return the cards ungraded, etc. Thanks.

If they are as tight as you say they are you should take them out and put them in cardsavers.

Being that they are your cards I would tend to think you would be more careful than some guy being paid by the hour.

Not a knock on PSA, I'm just stating what I believe to be true

If there are 3 cards in each toploader, how are you even going to submit them without removing them? You have no idea what the middle card is.

They will accept the cards in top loaders but as others have alluded, you might be putting yourself at risk for damage to your cards since this is not PSA's preference.

I would call it unusual and comment worthy....although not significant.

PS: I think it would crazy to submit the cards in that manner....which is likely damaging them.

Once again, if there are 3 cards in each toploader you can not even fill out the submission form because you do not know what the middle card is. I thought this would be common sense. Maybe I am wrong. to answer your question, there is a good chance that you will get the cards back ungraded or get them graded in about 6 months.

I guess two years ago I must have signed up but never posted. I signed up again a month ago or so and made a post. I read the board on a regular basis and enjoy it. Its like reading the newspaper without sending letters to the editor. By the way, I now have 6 posts.

The funny part is I have a Bowman Chrome Zach Duke in a penny sleeve and CS1 (the proper way to submit cards) that I think I am going to add to my submission.
