<< <i>That means anywhere between 60 and 66 in my opinion because I can't grade it for sure... >>
That's a huge spread bag marked to death 60 to almost superb gem 66... it's like a Cracker Jack prize without pics.
<< <i>OK then, let's call it a 60...I'm thinking MS-63 though... >>
Well then call them Ch Bu as 63 isn't 66.
AU-58 Full detail with only slight friction on the high points
MS-60 No wear. May have many heavy marks/hairlines, strike may not be full
MS-61 No wear. Multiple heavy marks/hairlines, strike may not be full
MS-62 No wear. Slightly less marks/hairlines, strike may not be full
MS-63 Moderate number/size marks/hairlines, strike may not be full
MS-64 Few marks/hairlines or a couple of severe ones, strike should be average or above
MS-65 Minor marks/hairlines though none in focal areas, above average strike
MS-66 Few minor marks/hairlines not in focal areas, good strike
<< <i>Jeez, lay off, it's a YN. The coins are BU something...obviously not GEMs, but probably not dogs either. I thought most people on here had too much time on their hands, but Broadstruck, take a step back from the comp and chill out. >>

Where did this price come from? PCGS has it at 39 bucks and everyone knows PCGS is high. Also its in a NGC slab which quite often does not bode well grade wise for mercs. Your coin is probably a 30 buck coin in the real world.
Another observation. Broadstruck is trying to help the guy out in his own way. It does not matter if the seller is a YN or not. He is selling something and should be treated just like a seasoned veteran. If the seller cannot take constructive comments then he does not belong on this site selling material. Its as easy as that.

This is a tough call. I think when anyone...(regardless of being a YN) is involved in BUYING and SELLING REAL MONEY they their feet MUST be held to the fire somewhat. this isn't someone just goofing around and discussing grades, this is a person who is in a position to take the HARD EARNED MONEY of a newbie potentially not able to protect themselves, who might be tricked into believing the poster (not this poster, but any..really knows what they're talking about).. any board member MIGHT be held to the same degree of scrutiny when it comes to selling on these boards. if they're selling, they subject themselves to real scrutiny.
Pictures would be very helpful, especially on the raw coins.
1986 mint set= $10
Mercury Dime= $35
Slabbed Half Dollar= $10
2007 Proof Set=$15
2008 Proof Set=$15
1995 Silver Proof Set=$65
Total= $150.00 and I think these are fair values above
Then after that, $20.00 for all the proof sacagawea's and the two gem pennies, and the two nickels that I am being critiqued about that are basically a freebie in the lot...
Now, I please ask you to not post here anymore and ruin my selling of this lot. Thanks.
