DSLSports, Just Collect ... Who Are The Other Big Sellers Who Do Not Accept Paypal?

Off the top of my head, I know DSL Sports and Just Collect do not accept Paypal. Who are (if any) the other big sellers [of cards] on ebay that do not accept Paypal. Do you think they'll start accepting Paypal now with the changes coming or ...?

Just collect has on some auctions I've won. DSL Sports doesn't anymore.
  • just collect has at least 2 selling accounts on ebay. the main one does not take paypal. the secondary one does.
  • Propay and Paypal are more or less one in the same. Its my understanding that Propay is Paypals Credit Card processing company. The fees are more using them. I imagine these big operations already have a CC processor of their own if so there will be little for them to change.

ProPay is essentially an arm of Wells Fargo & Company (WFC).

WFC is the grantor of one of the merchant-accounts that PayPal clears
    our EBAY transactions through.

ProPay is in the mix for several reasons:

ProPay is more expensive than PayPal.

ProPay allows EBAY to avoid fairly clear violations of some provisions of the Clayton Act.
(The lawsuits being prepared now will allege such violations, in any event.)

ProPay - likely via WFC - has negotiated a "rebate plan" with EBAY/PayPal. Certain discounts
in clearing-fees and/or cash-payments from the ProPay annual fee will be given to EBAY/PayPal.

    .............

Folks planning to get a merchant-account need to consider the following:

IF your MA does not integrate with EBAY-Checkout, it will be disallowed.
COSTCO has not yet told me if they will integrate. My local bank laughed
in my face when I asked about it; they said, "No."
