checking out Google Base..

not exactly sure what it is yet, but tried to download the "Store Connector" (http://base.google.com/base/storeconnector) and it attempts to download some file called "Setup.y=38" -- thats right, not "Setup.exe" but "Setup.y=38".

WTF.

Just let it do its thing.

google is not going to hurt your machine.

If you stopped the download, you may need to uninstall the artifacts it left; and, start over.

OR, it may pick-up where you left off.

i cant even let it install because my computer has no idea what kind of file it is..

system.y=38? i've never heard of that kind of file extension..
