1996 Topps help?

Could someone tell me how the mantle foils and refractors were distributed? In the factory sets (hobby) is it possible to pull a foil or refractor in the 7 mantle chases?

    They're Mantle FINEST (not "foil" image) and I think you could only get them in packs. Surprisingly the Finest versions are worth about the same as the regular Mantle inserts, even though the Finest versions are more difficult to come by.

    IIRC they only were inserts in Jumbo packs. Something like 1-2/Jumbo Box.

    The Standard Catalog says the Finest reprints were Series 2 pack inserts; the "regular" reprints are Series 1 finds.
